The charming “Villa Sa Tanca” is located on the outskirts of Inca, just a few minutes walk from the center. The location has the advantage that you enjoy a lot of peace and privacy and on the other hand you have everything important for your daily needs close.

The large garden offers plenty of space to play. Your kids can let off steam in the football field or play and rock in the garden.

The biggest highlight is of course the beautiful large pool (7.4m x 4m, 1.8m depth) with practical stepped entrance. New sun loungers and pool towels await their inauguration. The rustic barbecue area is covered and equipped with its own outdoor kitchen. It is really fun to have a barbecue with family and friends here and the pool is also in view, which is very convenient with toddlers.

Behind the house there are 2 covered parking spaces if you arrive with a rental car. From there you have access to the pantry of the indoor kitchen.

Inside the house, it continues in the cozy country house style. Warm wood tones and terracotta colors create a great living ambience with lovingly designed furnishings and many details. The house has space of about 200m ² and is divided into 2 levels, with everything except the living room on the ground floor. The fact that the living room is set up, you can enjoy a great view of the surrounding countryside. There is also a terrace where you can hang laundry for example. The lower area consists of an open dining room with a tasteful wood panel, a chimney for the cooler season and a antic desk where you can conveniently check emails or maybe even write a postcard. Delicious breakfasts can be enjoyed in the rustic country kitchen, while you forge the daily schedule. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the corresponding pantry you have plenty of space to store food and drinks. The sleeping area of ​​the house is divided into 3 pretty double bedrooms, while the master bedroom with large double bed has its own bathroom en suite. The 2 other bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, share the second bathroom. All bedrooms have access to the terrace and are equipped with air conditioning and heating. Baby travel cots and high chairs can be provided in addition. All in all, the property is a great holiday home with a high feel-good factor and great amenities. For families an ideal holiday accommodation with great extras for children.

Area description:

Inca lies halfway up the motorway between Palma and Alcudia, almost at the centre of the island and at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range.

Inca is Mallorca’s third-largest town, best known as the ‘city of leather’ owing to a lengthy history of leather making that continues nowadays. The town is steeped in history and, while not as pretty as some of the other towns on the island, features some lovely architecture. The local market taking place every Thursday is one of its main tourist attractions, otherwise, it remains a sleepy local town. There’s also a good number of boutique and high-street fashion shops, cafes and a selection of well-known celler restaurants (old wine cellars turned into restaurants) worth exploring. 

It’s largely a residential town, full of native Mallorcans living alongside a small expat community and has brilliant public transport links connecting it to the rest of the island. If you come on an organised tour, it’s more than likely you will be taken to a leather factory. Shop around, as there are still a few bargains to be had.
